This spin studio is one of the bigger hip spin studios to come to Nashville. With fun music and excited teachers, it has become a very popular place to break a sweat
Rush is the newest trendy bowl shop in Nashville located fittingly in the Gulch. They have a mix of smoothie bowls, açaí bowls, and what they call “Comfort Bowls”. After a hard spin class, stop in there for a Power Bowl or Summit Bowl to give you some extra energy for the day.
After an evening class, try walking right next door to Cycle Bar for a hot bowl of ramen. Founded by an LA trained chef, Otaku’s bowls have combinations of traditional ramen with some Tennessee flavors. If you’re looking for something exciting, order the Animal Style from their secret menu.

Boxing is not only a great way to burn some calories, but also a sure fire way to let off some steam after some rocky exam grades. Title’s Power Hour focuses on strengthening your arms, legs, and core through short intervals.
This cafe is open nearly all hours of the day and is right down the street from Title’s Midtown location. Whether you want something hearty like their Mobster scrambler or something lighter with their California Sunshine salad, it is an easy place to refuel after a tiring workout.
This restaurant is the newest and hippest restaurant in all of Midtown. With their brunch, salad, and sandwich bars, there is literally something for everyone. If you want to celebrate waking up early and making it to your workout class, you can always get a glass of Frosé.
Barry’s Bootcamp
This workout is high intensity intervals involving running and specific muscle groups that change by day. Participants can burn up to 1,000 calories in just one class, leaving even more room to treat yourself after.
This hip restaurant is known to be a destination for all those visiting Nashville. Any given day if you stroll next door from Barry’s you can find a 2+ hour long line to get into the restaurant. If you aren’t in the mood for this, on weekdays you can call ahead and place an order for takeout that can be ready at the bar for you within 15 minutes. What better way to celebrate your ass-kicking workout than with Bonuts (biscuit-donuts) and a chicken biscuit?
This coffee shop also located in the Gulch right across from Barry’s is a perfect combination of great aesthetic and yummy food. Stop in for some post-running coffee and some seasonal quiche or fresh baked pastries. Their cinnamon roll is just as good as it looks
