Eat Every Kind of Food at Vegas’ Bacchanal Buffet

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at USC chapter.

My family and I go to Las Vegas up to 3 times a year. We love the gambling, the hotel life, the shops, and most of all…the food. There are 5 star restaurants up and down the Strip, and a handful in each luxury hotel. In Vegas, the food possibilities are endless, but my family and I make sure to make one stop every trip–at the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar’s Palace. A buffet doesn’t scream “high quality food” or a “fine dining experience”, yet the Bacchanal Buffet has everything you could imagine and more. This buffet has a 100 million dollar budget, which shows with its sleek interior and upscale dishes. You can eat every kind of food in the world, from Chinese dim sum to a carving station with kielbasa, prime rib, honeybaked ham, and more, and even bone marrow. And yes, since it is a buffet, it’s all you can eat.

All American Food

There are tons of sections within the Bacchanal Buffet, but let’s start with the American cuisine. You can choose from mini sliders with cheese, lettuce, and pickles. They also have mini fried chicken and waffles, steak and eggs, garlic french fries, lump crab avo toast, and more. If you go during breakfast, you can have made-to-order pancakes and crepes, or choose from their already-made red velvet mini pancakes. If you are feelin’ a little healthy (I mean you are at a buffet so you better be in the mood to indulge), choose from their fresh pressed juices, smoothies, and acai bowls. Don’t forget the creamy mac and cheese and the crispy unlimited bacon.

Asian Station

At the Bacchanal Buffet, there is an incredible Asian station. There’s traditional Chinese dim sum, with shrimp hargow, char siu pork buns, egg rolls, shrimp and pork dumplings, and more. There is also a fresh ramen station, where you can choose whatever broth and toppings you want. Fresh sushi and sashimi is also located in this section, and it.goes.fast. Make sure you’re greedy when you are choosing your Asian food, because if you blink, it is gone in an instant.

Seafood, and Eat It

One of the most popular sections of this world famous Vegas buffet is the seafood section. Unlimited crab legs and oysters makes the people go crazy! Don’t forget to load up your crab with warm, salty butter. Fill up your plate before the delicious crab legs are gone.

Mexican Station

You know it’s a good buffet when there’s a taco station. Choose from al pastor, carnitas, carne asada, or chicken tacos and top it off with all of the necessary taco toppings. Add a side of elotè, rice, and chips to complete your Mexican plate. Plus, unlimited guac, so don’t worry about it being extra.

Desserts Desserts Desserts

In the middle of Bacchanal Buffet, there is a huge dessert island. Sticky buns, brownies, cake pops, cheesecake, fruit, and…the best part? A fresh, handmade gelato bar with flavors like Balsamic Strawberry and Speculoos.

 More is More

If I could explain in great detail how amazing this Vegas buffet is, this article would be never-ending. It has everything you can imagine and everything you want to eat in one sitting. Make sure to wear loose pants and to bring your biggest appetite to ensure the best buffet experience you can have.
