Tortilla Crust Pizza
Ingredients
Instructions
Turn oven on to broil setting. I put mine on 525°F. Sometimes I will broil it for a couple of seconds before adding the toppings. This will make your crust more crispy, but if you don’t want to just go straight to your toppings!
Put tortilla on a flat baking sheet and add about 2 tablespoons of sauce and spread around. Leave about a half inch clean around the edges.
Sprinkle cheese all over the pizza. Then, add on all of your toppings of choice. I like to sprinkle a little more cheese on top to seal in the toppings.
Pop pizza in the oven! Watch it carefully so I doesn’t burn. I bake mine for about a minute and a half or until the tortilla looks nice and crunchy! Sometimes you will have air bubbles form. If that happens you can leave it, or take it out, let the bubble drop then put it back in.
Take it out, cut, and enjoy your easy homemade tortilla pizza!
And there you have it! An easy, low carb pizza with all of the flavor and none of the guilt.
#SpoonTip: If you are trying to be extra healthy, try a whole wheat tortilla, or pile on the veggies.
