Oatmeals are packed with high fibres and a good amount of protein, which makes them a whole grain. You can either have them with milk or just buy a ready-to-eat oatmeal pack and you are good to go. They are a useful part of a safe and healthy summer

Nuts are crunchy, easy to carry, high in healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Unsalted almonds and walnuts are most common for helping weight loss. You can eat them on their own, or just blend them with salads for a crunchy bite.

4. Greek Yoghurt

It contains probiotics to help keep your system in check, along with some calcium intake. In India, it is probably easier to make greek yoghurt for yourself than to buy it.

Just add additional powdered milk to the milk you’re seeking to ferment–this will both thicken the yogurt and increase its protein content. Add fruits and nuts to it or eat it in the form of raita, which we know all Indians love to make for a meal that is more filling and prevents hunger longer.

5. Radish

Radish are considered as a substitute for rice and bread because they are starchy vegetables. So, either one can eat them with a pinch of salt, take them in a salad or better yet, just boil them up.

6. Black Beans
