10 Foods That Can Act as a Natural Viagra

In case you’re ever having trouble in the bedroom, or you’re just looking to spice things up, these foods function as an aphrodisiac and replace the need for Viagra – which, hopefully, you won’t have to use for a while. Add these in during dinner, and it’ll make sure that things stay interesting if you finish dessert and you’re still craving something sweet..

We also don’t blame you if you just want to eat these foods just for the hell of it, because quite often, food is just far better than sex.

1. Celery

Celery may taste like water and be awfully stringy, but it contains arginine, which expands blood vessels in a similar way that Viagra does. It also contains two steroids that help improve our body odor, making us more appealing to others. Chop up a few stalks and dip it in this hummus.

2. Watermelon

Juicy and sweet, the way it should be. The citrulline in the watermelon helps produce nitric oxide, which boosts sexual stamina and helps reduce erectile dysfunction. Blend it in a smoothie for a quick drink before hitting the sheets.
