Oatmeal with a little sugar
I make sure my plate is a very balanced meal with some protein, carbs, and fat
Sometimes I like sugary cereal, other times I could go for a breakfast burrito
A banana or granola bar–something quick and easy
Eggs, bacon, and toast. A classic.
Yogurt and granola

Ranch and pizza
Espresso and some sweetener is a must to keep up with my schedule
Classic peanut butter with toast, and sometimes jelly
Veggie and fruit smoothies are actually super delicious
Cereal and milk is always my go-to
Chips inside a sandwich or burger is an amazing combo
