How to Refuel Your Body With Just A Veggie Side Dish

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UBC chapter.

One day I came home starving and ran to the fridge to recharge my batteries. To my great disappointment, the fridge was almost empty. There were only a few vegetables hiding in the right corner of the bottom shelf. That’s how I came up with this flavourful and healthy veggie side dish that takes 8 minutes to make.

If you never have the time to cook, but still enjoy eating healthy, delicious and affordable food,  then this veggie side dish is perfect for you. It will satisfy the craving of the pickiest eaters and give you the energy to succeed in your studies. My favourite part about this side dish is that it can be eaten on its own or served with any meat or fish.
