1. Fish
Order a pan seared salmon with a side of veggies or make a delicious honey mustard version yourself.
2. Apples
Fruit in general is awesome, but apples are especially great. Don’t love apples? Dip them in peanut butter and surely you’ll change your mind.
3. Tomatoes
Eat them with mozzarella and balsamic vinegar, in soup form or even drink a V8 Juice.
4. Red grapes
Have some wine, cheese, crackers and grapes to tantalize your taste buds. Or check out some cool ways to use them while they’re frozen.
5. Tea
Any warm liquids are great. My personal favorite is earl grey.
6. Walnuts
Crumble a handful and toss them on top of your oatmeal or salad or try them in a sweeter manner like tasty apple walnut bars.
Wondering what not to have? Avoid spicy foods and, yes, alcohol. Hopefully by following these easy tips you’ll stop blowing your nose and start enjoying the weather.
