Avocado toast is sweeping the nation and chances are if you’re reading this, you’re probably a fan. It’s one of those magical few ingredient dishes that has captured the hearts of most for its easy, cheap and quick qualities. Here at Spoon, we are BIG avo toast fans. We like our avo toast with chili flakes and lemon or ribbons of parmesan cheese or under a sunny side up egg. Beyond its inherently delicious qualities, avo toast happens to be incredibly photogenic.
