If you’re gluten-sensitive—or just, ya know, watchin’ your gluten consumption—pasta restaurants can be a bit of a challenge. But noodles are the ultimate comfort food, so what’re you to do? Don’t worry, the Noodles & Company gluten-free menu will save you from having to give up pasta when you’re eating out. You’ll be surprised to find some of your favorites on the list.

Thai Green Curry with Shrimp

Because this dish uses rice noodles, you won’t find any gluten in this dish. Plus, it’s hella loaded with fruits and veggies—I’m talking the big boys like broccoli, snap peas, and pineapples—so you’re getting a decent amount of nutrition.
