7 Indestructible Snacks That Won’t Get Crushed in Your Backpack

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Texas chapter.

It’s everyone student’s worst nightmare: you pack yourself some snacks, stick them in your backpack and head to class. A few hours later, you reach into your backpack to silence the obnoxious noise your stomach is making…only to find that your books have decimated your beloved snacks. Now you’re left snack-less. Sad, right?

Fortunately, this never has to happen to you — these seven snacks are virtually indestructible, so you’ll never have to go hungry again.

Full of protein and highly filling, these cylindrical sticks are a throwback to elementary school snack time. Pretend you’re a carefree preschooler and enjoy this unsquishable snack.

2. Dried fruit

Dried fruit is my personal favorite. Sweet yet healthy, these are a great snack you can sneakily eat during class.

#SpoonTip: Add a variety of mixed fruit to your trail mix to satisfy your sweet tooth.
