If you take a moment to look at all the different types of cuisines from around the world, you’ll realize that each cuisine has a type of staple grain product. I grew up in a Korean household and we ate tons of rice. I honestly cannot tell you how many bowls of it I’ve had in my lifetime, but I do know that as I’ve grown up with rice at the dinner table, I’ve fallen more in love with other cuisines that feature it. Just like life has many stages and phases, being in love with rice also involves many stages and faces.
