7 Dieting Tips from Mean Girls That’ll Make You Drop Weight Like *That*

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at TCU chapter.

We all know that Regina George is flawless. But you can’t just assume that her technically good physique comes easy to her. It takes hard work and dedication to follow the strict diet that is only fit for a Plastic.

Being the Mean Girls fan that I am, I’ve come to learn a few tricks or two from this Queen Bee. So if you’re anything like me and are just dying to lose those last few pounds, here are some tips that I’ve learned from the one and only Regina George and her all carb diet.

1. Butter is a carb.

Yes. Obviously…

2. But Taco Bell is not a carb.

Sadly, that means Taco Bell is out of question. It’s ok though, we still have Chipotle… and butter.

3. Kalteen bars are your new best friend.

Forget Quest bars, these true weight loss beauties are the real deal.

4. Consuming anything cranberry flavored for 72 hours will make you lose weight.

Juice, cocktail, syrup, you name it. I guarantee you will lose 3 pounds.

5. Never forget happy hour.

Because every once in a while you have to treat yo’ self.

6. Load your plate.

And don’t give a flying tiara what people think of you.

7. When in doubt, French fry it out.

Trust me when I say you can never go wrong with cheese fries. Just make sure to add some bacon onto those bad boys.

Although this diet plan may seem super fetch, your sweatpants will be all that fits you if you follow these tips.

Don’t drink cranberry juice for 72 hours straight and try to shy away from replacing your healthy carbs with butter. The real tricks to health are healthy moderation, a healthy mindset, and a healthily exercised body.

Firm believer that any food is better when it comes from a food truck.
