Deck the Halls with TBaar’s New Christmas-Themed Cup Sleeves

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at St. John’s chapter.

TBaar is officially dropping its spectacularly-festive Christmas-themed cup sleeves, and I am here for it! If you love bubble tea as much as I do, you MUST check out one of New York’s very first boba storefronts and their brand-new exclusive cups for the holiday festivities.

When I think of holiday beverages, I often think of pumpkin spice lattes, apple cider, hot chocolate, and egg nog. But there is something about the image of chewy tapioca pearls swirling around a delicious milk tea, that defies all seasonal restrictions. Bubble Tea is an all-year-round favorite!

As much as I love bubble tea, I never before would have considered it a seasonal drink. But just because something may initially sound unconventional, doesn’t mean it’s wrong. And if one thing is for sure, it’s that TBaar knows exactly what they’re doing!

And I hate to say it… BUT WAIT. THERE’S MORE!

TBaar, located across New York and all over the United States, makes bubble tea a nationally-fun experience that cannot be replicated anywhere else. And this holiday season, there is an extra exciting incentive to go: adorable Christmas cup sleeves.

But these are not just any ordinary holiday cup sleeves…These are exclusive, one-of-a-kind, NYC student-designed cup sleeves that emulate what New York looks like during the winter season!

This past summer, TBaar launched a special contest calling all NYC student artists to design their very own Christmas-themed cup sleeves. Students had just over a month to create their best artwork depicting Christmas in New York City, and the winners have their designs featured on all of the drinks for the entire 2022 holiday season!

Contest winners, Zhiyu Yu (24) and Nia Lam (15)’s designs best promote TBaar’s advocacy for creativity and expression in today’s youth. As a student artist myself, I truly believe that there is nothing more important than young artists supporting other young artists. And I get to sport their art on my bubble tea drinks from TBaar?! Incredible.

If you take anything away from this article, it’s that TBaar’s Christmas-themed cup sleeves are going fast, and you should go get a drink ASAP! Because of delicious boba beverages, of course! But more importantly, to support youth and student creativiTEA!

If you can’t find me, I’ll be here in NYC supporting the #TBAARSTATEOFMIND! Make sure to follow TBaar on Tiktok and Instagram: @TBaar.Official
