SWEETS
1. Cafe Brazil
Alright, y’all… You SMU students know what I’m talking about. Cafe Brazil, the ultimate drunchie paradise, open 24/7 to appease your hangry stomach at the end of a long night. And what cures that midnight craving better than a hot stack of PUMPKIN pancakes? Nothing. The answer is nothing. While you’re at it, why not pair your pumpkin pancakes with more pumpkin (might as well). Their pumpkin latte is here for you.
2. Steel City Pops
Okay, by now everyone should have heard about Steel City. If not, who are you and where have you been? This is a popsicle empire, people, and it won’t stop growing. It’s time to get excited, their fall flavors are here. All 13 of them. Yes, that’s right. 13 chances to fall in love, if you ask me. They’ve got your basic Pomegranate, Pumpkin, and Carrot Cake or, if you’re feeling adventurous, Maple Bacon and Bourbon, Smoked Fig with Cheese, and Bearded Tomatillo. Whichever floats your boat, man.
3. Berry Naked
This place is Steel City Pops with a healthy spin, if you’re into that. So, if you really like popsicles (like most of us do) you must try this place. Their fall flavors are more classic like Dulce de Leche, Apple Cinnamon, Vanilla Bean, and (duh) obviously Pumpkin. A guilt free, sweet treat that tastes as nice as this weather feels. Yes, please!

Nothing compares to a graham cracker crust, marshmallow topped, heaven infused cupcake. But make sure not to overlook the Caramel Apple. You’ll fall in love with the bits of granny smith apple baked into that spiced apple cake. Take advantage of the dozen cupcake box. Just do it. It’s seasonal so it’s fine.
5. Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie
For those sophisticated folks who like macarons and mousse, you’ve hit the jackpot. Grab yourself some Caramel Apple and Pumpkin Spice macarons along with an Apple Hazelnut tart to satisfy your fall cravings.
