An Oatmeal Recipe For Every Meal of the Day

Sometimes you just want a bowl of oats to give your morning a healthy start…And other times you want four bowls of oats just because you can. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert these four oatmeal recipes have got you covered.

Apple Cinnamon Oats

  1. Slice your apple into bite size pieces, add apple, dried fruit (I used cranberries and raisins), nuts and a few dashes of cinnamon to your oatmeal, drizzle with honey.

    Start your day with this delicious and balanced bowl of oats!

Spinach and Sunflower Oats

  1. Place spinach in a bowl and heat for 15-30 seconds in your microwave until wilted.

  2. Add wilted spinach, sunflower seeds, and sunflower butter to your prepared oatmeal. Top with salt and pepper to taste.

Shakshuka Oats

  1. Sauté your vegetables until they’re slightly golden (at this point add optional seasonings). At the same time cook your egg however you prefer; a runny yolk is particularly amazing stirred into oats but it thats not your style cook it all the way through. You could also poach or scramble your egg if you desire.

  2. Top your oatmeal with vegetables, egg, and salt and pepper.

    This dinner is satiating and super.

Banana Split Oats
