Timelapse: Chinese Flower Blossom Tea

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Rochester chapter.

Grace, prosperity, new opportunities for growth, and a beautiful display right in your tea cup, what’s not to like about Chinese flower blossom tea? These tea flowers are painstakingly constructed from individual, hand-picked tea leaves and flower petals which are then sorted by size, artfully sewn, and bound into the shape of a bud destined to unfold into the best cup of tea you have yet to experience. I doubt even the bug-eyed Professor Trelawney could have predicted dismal futures for Harry and her magical students if she gazed upon this spectacle in their cups.

If you're looking for her you can find her in the cheese aisle at Wegmans.
