Guide to Princeton’s TruckFest: D-6

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Princeton chapter.

Welcome to Day 2 of the Princeton TruckFest Countdown, where we bring to you the best of the feeding options at the TruckFest on April 16.

And speaking of feeding, we hope you’re hungry for…

The Feed Truck

Not only does this McCormick-Prize–winning food truck offer up unique spins on breakfast classics, but The Feed Truck also prides itself on its use of local, seasonal, AND sustainable New Jersey produce and ingredients. Can it get any better than this?

The Feed Truck is a non-profit project run by Feed Truck Ministries, Inc., whose proceeds go toward charitable organizations that aid in food security and social services. The Feed Truck also supports local New Jersey farmers and business with its focus on locally sourced ingredients.

And obviously, there’s nothing quite like stuffing your face with everything on the menu for a good cause. Come out to support local businesses and charities while enjoying unique, fresh breakfast sandwiches!

TruckFest menu: the Standard — an egg sandwich with bacon, cheddar, and raspberry habañero jam — and the Bandwagon — an egg sandwich with crispy kale, jack, sautéed onion, and tomato jam. Sandwiches will be $5 each and hand-cut fries will be $4.
