The Machefe Taqueria is dishing out loaded breakfast tacos: a corn tortilla filled with adobo mashed potatoes and tender short rib barbacoa, then topped with crisp pickled fresno chiles, fresh cilantro, salty cotija cheese and a perfectly fried egg. Talk about #yolkporn. An incredible mix of flavors and textures, this taco doesn’t disappoint.

Crunchy yet still soft on the outside, these empanadas from the Saladero Latin Grill are stuffed with spicy and flavorful shredded chicken. The creamy and chunky guacamole on the side cuts through the savory taste of the meat and is the perfect dip for these little packages of goodness.

The sweetness of the fluffy Belgian waffle bun pairs extremely well with the richness of the choriburger patty, and the gooey marriage of chipotle cheese sauce and crema fresca on top is heavenly. But that’s not all. The over-the-top burger is then garnished with crispy bacon and a heap of fresh, colorful pico de gallo. And it’s the perfect portion size: not too big, not too small.
