Angie’s Boomchickapop has done it again and created seven awesome seasonal flavors. Each will have you ready for the first snow and pulling out the holiday decorations. Choosing just one of the popcorn flavors will be difficult, but this list should help. Here I’ve ranked each flavor from good to best, so you know which one to dig in to first.
7. Buttery Caramel Popcorn
This caramel popcorn is very reminiscent of the caramel popcorn present in the large popcorn tins adorned with Santa. It lives up to the buttery flavor and will fulfill all of your caramel needs.
6. Dark Chocolaty Drizzled Sea Salt Kettle Corn
This one is for the dark chocolate fans. It’s drizzled in dark chocolate with a light kettle corn coating. And the added combination of the sea salt makes for an extra special bite.
5. Pumpkin Spice Kettle Corn
With a pumpkin spice dusting on each piece of popcorn, along with a drizzle of white chocolate, this is like eating half of that piece of pie you wanted. Coming in at only 100 calories per cup, this is one of the lighter choices, but it still has great flavor.
4. Candy Corn Flavored Kettle Corn
Although Halloween is long over, you may still be able to find this flavor online. And it’s so good, I just had to include. But let me just say, candy corn-flavored is an understatement. This might be a bit overly sweet for some, but its covering of orange white chocolate with a candy corn flavor is the best form of trick-or-treat. No trick involved since it only is 120 calories per cup.
3. White Chocolate & Peppermint Flavored Kettle Corn
Small pieces of red crunchy peppermint and a while chocolate drizzle make up this pop of peppermint. If your favorite holiday flavor is peppermint, this is the treat for you! The added crunch of the peppermint is a nice surprise.
2. Hot Cocoa Marshmallow Flavored Kettle Corn
Better than the packet of hot cocoa (with the dreaded crunchy marshmallows). This popcorn will remind you of that homemade cup of cocoa with a marshmallow and milk chocolate drizzle over each piece, and in only 110 calories per cup. It’s the perfect snack.
1. Frosted Sugar Cookie Flavored Kettle Corn
I might be biased since my favorite holiday activity is making sugar cookies, but this will soon be your family’s favorite snack. Without the work of rolling out sugar cookie dough, this red sprinkled popcorn is a close second to fresh sugar cookies.
Don’t wait to try one of these flavors. They’ll only be in stores for a limited time, so come to think of it, you should probably just try them all.
