These Brownie Bites From Sugar Bowl Bakery Are The Best I’ve Ever Had

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Hofstra chapter.

I have quite the sweet tooth and am always looking for new treats to try. While I love ice cream and cake, sometimes I’m in the mood for bite-sized treats. Brownie bites are probably my all-time favorite dessert and when I came across Sugar Bowl Bakery at Costco, I knew I had to try. If you’ve never heard of the brand, we’re going to change that.

What Is Sugar Bowl Bakery?

Sugar Bowl Bakery is one of the largest minority-owned bakeries in America. This family-owned business started as a small coffee shop in San Francisco, but has now expanded across the nation with its goods being sold in stores nationwide.

The brand is known for its baked goods made with no artificial, colors and preservatives such as brownie bites, madeleines and palmiers.

The Best Brownie Bites

Brownies are my favorite dessert of all time. I even met my best friend through our mutual love for brownies! I’ve had a fair share of dry and crummy brownies, but these brownie bites are far from that. With each bite you get the flavor of a rich and moist brownie with its well-known cake-like consistency.

Pro tip: If you’re looking for a warm treat, pop them in the microwave for 10 seconds and voila.

Where To Find Sugar Bowl Bakery

Not to worry if brownie bites aren’t for you. Sugar Bowl Bakery offers a wide variety of baked goods such as madeleines, palmiers, fritters and duet bites. Next time you’re at Costco, keep an eye out for Sugar Bowl Bakery treats.
