Just like every year, 2015 flew by. One day you’re waking up regretting how much you drank for New Year’s Eve, promising to keep this year’s resolutions, the next thing you know the semester is done and it’s the middle of summer, and before you can even blink, it’s December again with the New Year about to be rung in.
We’re sure between it all it’s been a year full of ups and downs for everyone. Can you even remember all that happened? Here’s a list of some of what went down to help you remember and drink to celebrate or mourn it.

57th Grammys Awards – Red Wine

This year Sam Smith was one of over 30 winners to take home the most prestigious music award in February. He was the big winner this year, taking home four awards including Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album, Record of the Year and Song of the Year with his song Stay with Me.
One of many things you might not know about him is that his favorite drink is French Red Wine. Feel free to grab a glass and cheers to Sam’s success.

49th Super Bowl – Beer Margaritas

This year, the New England Patriots had a close win against the Seattle Seahawks, 28-24. Celebrate or mourn the game winning interception with a beer margarita.
Everyone knows that beer is the classic football drink. But this recipe takes it up to the next level, not having the bright margarita color or overpowering beer taste.

Zayne Leaving One Direction – Rum and Coke

This March, after five years of singing in the British Boy Band, Zayne Malik decided to leave the group. This left Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louie Tomlinson, and Liam Payne remaining to continue stealing the hearts of girls world wide.

Celebrate Duchess Kate Middleton and Prince William having their second child this May, daughter Princess Charlotte, with a nice, big class. Charlotte is the only daughter of the royal couple and sister to Prince George, who is now two.

Same Sex Marriage – Rainbow Jello Shots

This June same-sex marriage was made legal nationwide and the White House in Washington D.C. lit up in a rainbow of colors.

Making over 40 million dollars so far this December, the release of Episode Seven: The Force Awakens has America all excited.
