The 5 Best Grab-And-Go Vegan Lunches From Trader Joe’s

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Gonzaga chapter.

Trader Joe’s is a magical grocery land. I love the music, I love the people, and I love that I can make a week’s worth of dinners for $20. Not to mention, TJ’s is a haven for vegetarians. I like to keep a couple quick Trader Joe’s meals in my fridge or freezer at all times. Here are a few of my faves.

Whether it’s the pea soup or the carrot coconut ginger, these are perfect to enjoy curled up in front of the TV on a rainy day. If you’re feeling fancy, make your own vegan carrot soup and freeze what you don’t eat for quick meals later on.
