Trader Joe’s is a magical grocery land. I love the music, I love the people, and I love that I can make a week’s worth of dinners for $20. Not to mention, TJ’s is a haven for vegetarians. I like to keep a couple quick Trader Joe’s meals in my fridge or freezer at all times. Here are a few of my faves.
Japanese Style Fried Rice
This rice is seriously addicting, and I pick it up every time I shop at Trader Joe’s.
Mildly Spiced Organic Vegetable Burrito
At only $3.29 for two burritos stuffed with beans, corn, potatoes, bell pepper, and other spiced veggies, this burrito deserves a spot in your freezer.
Refrigerated Soups
Whether it’s the pea soup or the carrot coconut ginger, these are perfect to enjoy curled up in front of the TV on a rainy day. If you’re feeling fancy, make your own vegan carrot soup and freeze what you don’t eat for quick meals later on.
Tofu Spring Rolls
This product is so awesome, it’s already been featured on Spoon.
Wraps
Trader Joe’s offers a number of meatless wraps between $3-5, including the BBQ chickenless wrap and spicy lentil wrap.
