French artist lor-K brings the best of both worlds into his art: sleep and food. Using abandoned mattresses found around Paris as his medium, the French artist creates mouthwatering sculptures of foods, both sweet and savory, in his project titled “eat me.”
Generally heavy and difficult to transport to dumps, mattresses often litter the streets of the city, which lor-K took as an opportunity to transform into a unique artistic expression. Surprisingly enough, the materials of the mattress make extremely convincing edible impersonators, from bread to whipped cream.

Mattress sushi wouldn’t be complete without a side of pillow wasabi.
