An Avocado-Themed Bus Is Roaming the Country This Summer Serving ‘Bottomless’ Guac

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at FSU chapter.

Attention all avocado-lovers, a decked out avocado-themed bus is traveling around the U.S. this summer, and it could be heading to your city. Wholly Guacamole’s “Guaclandia” bus is a one-of-kind mobile exhibit that promises both picture-worthy features and tasty guacamole.

According to their website, Guaclandia “will bring the nation’s love for avocado to life through interactive activities, engaging photo ops and unlimited samples of America’s No. 1 refrigerated guacamole.”

The Insta-worthy guac bus will give visitors a chance to take selfies with a pop art-style avocado wall, and sit in the “pit” of a gigantic avocado chair. It’ll also have inspirational tips on the walls about “keepin’ it real” and will feature a retro, avo-inspired arcade that includes a claw machine with avo-themed swag. Plus, guests will be able to exit the bus by sliding into a jumbo ball pit.

As the brand says, Guaclandia “will make millennials’ and avocado lovers’ dreams come true,” and they couldn’t be more right. Who could say no to bottomless guac and cute shots for the Gram?

Guaclandia debuts as part of Wholly Guacamole’s national launch of portable Snack Cups, featuring their signature guac paired with a handful of crunchy tortilla chips. Visitors will have the opportunity to taste test three varieties of the gluten-free snack: Classic, Spicy, and Homestyle.

The best part is everything is free! Guaclandia is free and open to the public, but there are no guarantees of getting into the exhibit. Space is limited, so you’ll need to get there early to enjoy all the festivities.

As of now, the only cities the avocado-themed bus is headed to are San Francisco, LA, Seattle, and Chicago. But in a recent comment on their Insta post, Wholly Guacamole said they’ll be visiting Dallas after Chicago. So, maybe they have plans to stop by other major cities (praying for some East Coast locations).

If you happen to be located in one of the four lucky cities, be sure to check out the guac bus while you can. For specific times and more details, check out Wholly Guacamole’s website
