These Chocolate Bars Are GMO-Free, Paleo, Vegan, and Taste Delicious

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at F and M chapter.

The homes of Hu Kitchen rest on 5th and 3rd Avenue in New York City. The place is filled with delicious, ready-to-go food, juices, smoothies and sweet treats, including their wholesome chocolate bars. Everything served at HU Kitchen is PIF, which stands for Pre-Industrial Food, which is all that food that was around before the Industrial Revolution. Pretty impressive, I know.

Hu Kitchen is heavenly.

Now let’s talk about the chocolate, because who doesn’t love chocolate? I’ll start with the flavors. You have 8 delicious, intense, dark chocolate bars to chose from. All of which are 72% cacao. Each bar is $6.50 with NO cane sugar, NO soy lecithin, NO refined sugar, NO gluten, NO emulsifiers, and NO GMOs. They are paleo AND vegan.

If you are really into good dark chocolate you can even order the Hu Kitchen Chocolate Taster for $52, here. This taster includes all EIGHT of the divine Hu chocolate bars. Check them out below and try them all to see which one will be your new chocolate obsession.
