Group ordering can be a pain in the ass.
Like when you’re out to eat with a group of friends and the server drops the bill on the table and everyone stops talking and just stares at it. That instant realization is felt around the room–the bill wasn’t split. Shit.

Frantically, you all reach for your wallets; some pull out cash while some only brought cards (guilty), and the frustration quickly kills your buzz.
Or even worse, you ordered takeout and totally forgot that the delivery guy only accepts cash. Now all 9 of you have to somehow get money together before the guy gets to the door. Ughhhh.

But group ordering doesn’t have to be this way, at least not according to EatStreet. The app we all fell in love with earlier this year is back to help you through the group ordering struggle with their newest feature: FoodCrew.

FoodCrew eliminates the most painful aspects of ordering in with a large group of people. No more scrambling for money, passing the one menu you have around the room for hours, having to pay the person who paid with their card, or asking the dreaded question, “who’s going to call?”

EatStreet has legitimately made your delivery dreams come true. All you have to do is go on their website and start an EatStreet FoodCrew, which is basically a group chat for food ordering. You just invite your bffs to the restaurant page and then add whatever you want to the group order.
The best part? You can either split the bill online before you even order or have one person pay for the whole thing. #options

This deal sounded so good, we just had to try it out at SpoonHQ.
What we did was we narrowed down the many dining options near our office that delivered. When we finally agreed on one, we all hopped onto a computer and added our orders, all on one bill. After a few clicks and about an hour later, the food arrived, just like that.
It was the easiest thing ever.
