How to Rinse Your Canned Food Without a Strainer

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at Drake chapter.

You know exactly what I’m talking about, right? When you’ve had one of those days? Like one of those, I locked myself out of my room, I’m late to class, and I’m starving kind of days?

Well let’s turn that day around, and teach you how to drain and rinse your canned food without dumping it all in your sink. This will also help you eat healthier by rinsing off extra salt.

Step 1: Stabby, stabby.
