Don’t have a pan? Don’t have a stove? Don’t worry, you can still make a fried egg. Once again, the microwave is your saving grace. In under a minute, you’ll turn that raw egg in the back of your fridge into a steaming hot, yolky meal at home or the office.
Just make sure to break the yolk and cover the egg before putting it in the microwave (keeps your beautiful microwave clean).
No stove? No frying pan? But hungry?
No sweat, we’ve got you covered.
Step 1: Make sure you put a layer of butter or Pam spray on your plate so that fried egg comes off clean.
Step 2: Add all the eggs you have/want/can fit.
Step 3: Cover with a paper towel.
Step 4: If you have a high power microwave, microwave your egg for 15 seconds to start, then mic for 10 seconds at a time until it’s cooked to your preference.
