Trader Joe’s has managed to combine the bitterness of dark chocolate with the gingerbread-y goodness of cookie butter…and it’s indescribably delicious. It’s one of those food combinations that seems so obvious in hindsight, like Oreos and peanut butter (thank God for The Parent Trap) or Nutella and that spoon you lick it off of when the bread and pretzels are too far away. Chocolate plus cookie butter? Duh! It even has the same silky texture as the filling of a peanut butter cup. But it’s cookie butter!
