800 Students Tried the New Pop-Tarts Flavors, Here’s What They Thought

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at BU chapter.

Pop-Tarts created 2 brand new flavors in partnership with Dunkin’ Donuts: Chocolate Mocha and Vanilla Latte, and the students at Boston University went wild for them. In less than 2 hours, 800 Pop-Tarts were gone.

But the real question is: which flavor was more popular? Would Chocolate Mocha reign supreme over Vanilla Latte or would it be a tie?

We asked Boston University students what they thought of the new flavors and here’s the verdict.

The new flavors were a hit with students and coffee-lovers alike. It’s hard to tell if one flavor was favored more than the other, it seems pretty even in our book.

If you’re short on time in the morning and rushing to class, eating one these new Pop-Tart flavors will make you think you’re having a cup of coffee. No travel mug required.

While growing up in the kitchen alongside her mom, Dorothy learned how to twist a pretzel perfectly before she even learned how to tie her shoes. She absolutely loves dark chocolate, especially Cadbury's Bournville bar. And she often enjoys long walks down the Trader Joe's frozen aisle looking at the different cookies and chocolates.
