The school year has officially started, and and what’s better than kick-starting it off with some boozy meal on a rooftop?
Eating, drinking, and socializing outdoors with a scenic view of Harvard Square isn’t too shabby. If you’re a rooftop enthusiast, The Sinclair is a great social hub where you can enjoy good company and live music outdoors on a rooftop patio full of good vibes.
Appetizers
Pimento Cheese Dip
We started off with a creamy three cheese dip served with a warm, fried pita. The scrumptious dish paired perfectly with olives, roasted pepper, and chives. Not to mention, the pita was fried to perfection.
Tartine
Not able to decide on one, we decided to order two plates of appetizers. If you’re an avocado junkie, I urge you to order this tartine. The fresh avocado spread was topped with cherry tomatoes, arugula, cottage cheese, and radish.
Entrees
Stuffed Pork Chop
I’ve had my spare amount of pork chop in the past, but this one definitely upped its game. The pork chop was stuffed with spinach and mozzarella, on top of a bed of mixed grains and asparagus. Every ingredient complemented the other ones beautifully, making it a mouth-watering experience. If you’re a meat-lover like me, this house special will satiate your needs.
Falafel Pita
For all my vegetarians out there, this falafel pita was a dream. The baked falafel was so soft to my expectation, and the homemade tzatziki sauce really brought out the savory flavors. Needless do I say, look at those crispy fries on the side.
I really loved how this was not just your typical restaurant where the food was good. It was definitely more than that. The ambiance and the view was a fulfilling experience. So before it gets any colder here in Beantown, I’m assuming soon, come on out here to The Sinclair where you can enjoy the food, the view, and the live music.
