What breakfast smoothie should you make based on your personality?

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at App State chapter.

Springtime is upon us, and nothing goes better with Spring than a refreshing smoothie. As we count down the days until the end of Spring semester, exams and projects start to pile up. When you no longer have time to eat breakfast before class, sip on a smoothie instead. If you don’t have time to whip one up before heading out the door, you can even make it the night before.

There are recipes to fit every mood, occasion, and meal. It’s the perfect food to experiment with and test out your skills. They can be savory or sweet and as healthy (or not) as your stomach desires.

A few of my favorite recipes are best suited for a wide variety of personalities. Which one is perfect for you?

  1. How much time do you spend getting ready in the morning?

  2. How many times do you really hit the snooze button?

  3. What do you typically eat for breakfast?

  4. If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

  5. What food would you send to hell?

  6. What is your daily #inspiration?

  7. How do you spend your day off?

Just a girl making her way through a food-crazed world.
