I’m not afraid to qualify Clark Burger as the best burger I’ve ever had. You can dress it up any way you want. The menu includes some signature versions, but I say ball out and build your own. #SpoonTip: Garlic truffle mayo is never a bad idea.

What is poutine, you ask? It’s a Quebec speciality (the owner of Clark is Canadian) with fries doused in gravy and cheese curds. Sounds funky, I know. I was hesitant to try it as well. But it kinda tastes like Thanksgiving and kinda tastes simply like nothing else you’ve had before.

Atmosphere

On a nice day, Clark Burger opens their French bistro style windows so customers can sit on the bar style seating and look out onto Belvedere Square.
The restaurant itself is small, so sometimes you may have to wait a few minutes during weekend restaurant rush hour to snag a table. However, when the windows are open, the small size of the place allows everyone to feel like they’re eating outside.

Boozy Shakes

Another thing that makes Clark Burger so cool is their boozy shakes. Their hand spun milkshakes stand great on their own, but the adult version is decadent to say the least. They’re always offering new flavors so stop in, close your eyes, pick one, and enjoy it.
