As we approach Halloween, many restaurants in New York City are putting out spectacular food and drink items inspired by this spooky season. From truffle pumpkin pasta to dreamy soft-serve ice cream, we're reviewing our favorite unique Halloween treats in New York City that will definitely top your PSL.

Milk & Cream Cereal Bar

Well known for their soft-serve ice cream, this popular lower Manhattan cereal bar is offering two special Halloween flavors. Let your childhood trick-or-treat fantasies come true and choose from Boo Berry or Franken Berry, each blended with real fruit and your favorite cereal.

The Palm Court

This Halloween, celebrate with style and glamour at the The Plaza Hotel. The Palm Court is doing a Halloween themed Tea (think Tombstone Cucumber Sandwiches and Deviled Egg Salad). Plus there's even a candy cart for children, loaded up with sugar to keep them happy until the trick-or-treating ends.

The Americano

Feeling a little fancy? Head to The Americano, inside Hotel Americano, to try the Pumpkin agnolotti, a pasta similar to ravioli, filled with creamy pumpkin and dressed with winter truffle, crispy sage and Parmesan crisps. They are also hosting a killer Day of the Dead Halloween Party on Saturday Oct 28 to really get you in the spooky spirit.

Industry Kitchen

This gorgeous restaurant by South Street Seaport is going all out with a candy based pizza called "The Skull". The orange crust comes topped with nutella, marshmallows, cotton candy, and or course, the massive caramel skull. They drizzle the entire concoction with some "spider venom" to take this treat to the next level.

Gloria

This Hell's Kitchen pescatarian restaurant has introduced 10 new Slasher-inspired cocktails. From the Bloodsucking Brady Bunch inspired by The Lost Boys (tequila, Amaro di Angostura, Concord grape, lemon and bitters) to the Naturom Demento inspired by The Evil Dead (with mezcal, fig syrup, lemon juice and cider vermouth) these cocktails are sure to satisfy all of your creepy cravings.

Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken

This popular East Village fried chicken joint is serving the #BOObird, made with their classic fried chicken on coleslaw, ghost pepper BBQ sauce, golden onion rings and pepper jack cheese. Plus, if you take a photo in costume with your BOO!Bird throughout October and post it on Instagram, you get the chance to win a free bird in November. Spooktacular!

So, put down your PSL and head to one (or several) of these joints to treat your tastebuds, and don't forget to snap a photo for the 'gram! Trick or Treat!
