In the past few years, Easton’s restaurant scene has blown up, not to go unnoticed by the food-obsessed students at Lafayette. With everything from the small but friendly establishments up on the hill, to the more upscale venues downtown, to the holes-in-the-wall that are truly hidden gems, Easton has it all.

If it all seems a little overwhelming, don’t worry. We’re here to help. Here’s a list of the best food joints in the Easton area (in no particular order. Don’t wanna play favorites!).
