The 48 Most Instagram-Worthy Spots in Miami

If you’ve ever been to Miami, you know there are a million things to see and do, and sometimes it can be overwhelming trying to plan where to go, especially if you aren’t from there (like me). With a little help from friends, Instagram, and Time Out, I came up with a list of all the places with the best scenery and environment to hang out at. Some of them are free to go to, others not so much. But here’s my list of the 48 most

Instagram-worthy spots in Miami that I’m excited to see and think you’ll like, too.

1. Museum of Ice Cream

The four-storied Museum of Ice Cream has eight rooms filled with different ice cream-inspired art pieces, designs, and edibles to try.

2. Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science

The Frost Museum is a world-class science museum, planetarium, and aquarium dedicated to sharing the importance and power of science in today’s society. 

3. Pérez Art Museum Miami

The Pérez Art Museum is a water-front contemporary museum that displays art and design pieces from the 20th and 21st centuries.

4. Bass Museum of Art

Bass puts on international contemporary art exhibits, with galleries changing every four to six months.

5. Basement Miami

At the Basement Miami, you can bowl, skate, or dance under their rainbow-colored neon lights.

6. Miami Beach Lifeguard Towers

You can find one of these iconic multi-colored lifeguard towers all across Miami Beach.

7. Faena

Faena is a high-end, art-deco inspired hotel with a lobby dripping in gold. 

8. Zoo Miami

Not only can get pictures with the animals, but Zoo Miami just opened an indoor restaurant with street-art designs all over the walls.

9. The Villa Casa Casuarina (Versace Mansion)

Once owned by Gianni Versace himself, Villa Casa Casuarina is a luxury boutique hotel that is nothing but picturesque. 

10. Vizcaya Museum and Gardens

Vizcaya, built in the 1910s, is a beautiful 34-room mansion and is surrounded by acres of European inspired gardens.

11. Delano Hotel

The Delano South Beach is an iconic boutique hotel with stunning outdoor views of Miami Beach.

12. Bodega Taqueria y Tequila

At Bodega, you can order tacos at the food truck parked inside, or you can go through their little blue door where a secret bar hides behind it.

13. 1 Hotel South Beach

1 Hotel is an oceanfront hotel on South Beach and is one mile away from Lincoln Road Mall.

14. EAST, Miami

Located within Brickell City Centre, EAST, Miami is an upscale hotel with pool views overlooking the city. 

15. Broken Shaker

Set inside the Freehand Hostel, the Broken Shaker serves cocktails outside by the pool and is surrounded by mismatched furniture and trendy decor. 

16. Nikki Beach

Nikki Beach provides a relaxing outdoor oasis during the day and wild parties throughout the night.

17. Calle Ocho

Calle Ocho (8th street), located inside Little Havana, has amazing street entertainment, beautiful murals, decorated rosters, cigar shops, and plenty of Cuban coffee to go around.

18. Juvia

Sitting on top of a designer garage, Juvia is a romantic hot spot with lavender styled furniture, overlooking Miami Beach.

19. OTL

OTL is a modern-hipster looking shop that serves craft coffee and sandwiches in Miami’s Design District.  

20. Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar

Crema is an industrial style espresso bar that serves everything from coffee and smoothies to breakfast and lunch sandwiches, with locations in Coral Gables and Miami Beach.

21. Miami Design District

The Miami Design District is known for its modern architecture and design, upscale boutiques, art galleries, and collection of restaurants and bars. 

22. Sugar Factory

With a colorful candy shop and out of this world candy-inspired drinks, the Sugar Factory is worth a stop while walking around South Beach.

23. Cape Florida Lighthouse

At the south end of Key Biscayne, the Cape Florida Lighthouse is open to visitors to climb and get a look at the beautiful water and surrounding area. 

24. Casa Florida

Casa Forida is a tropical style restaurant and bar located inside the historic Miami River Inn (must be 21+ to enter). 

25. Tower Theater

Known as one of Miami’s oldest cultural landmarks, the Tower Theater is a great spot to watch movies in a well preserved vintage theater. 

26. Vicky’s House

Vicky’s House is a hole in the wall 80s style milkshake bar with a phone booth as an entrance.

27. Mondrian Caffè

The Mondrian Caffe is an outdoor restaurant with wood accents and views of Key Biscayne.

28. The Regent Cocktail Club

The Regent Cocktail Club is designed to be a modern-day speakeasy, transporting you back in time to the elegance of the 1940s. 

29. Fontainebleau Miami Beach

Fontainebleau is an iconic luxury hotel situated on Collins Avenue and is a hot spot for pool parties and celebrities.

30. Eden Roc Miami Beach

Eden Roc is a lavish oceanfront hotel with a gorgeous Lobby Bar and two in-house restaurants.

31. La Centrale – Italian Food Hall

With over 40,000 square feet, La Centrale is the premier Italian food court of Brickell City Centre, with Italian restaurants, cafes, and markets to explore. 

32. Planta South Beach

Planta is a chic vegan restaurant with black and white floorings and high-rise ceilings for natural lighting.

33. Le Chick

Le Chick Rotisserie is a modern industrial designed restaurant within the Wynwood Art District. 

34. Taschen

Known for their visually stunning art books, Taschen is a sleek yet colorful bookstore you can find on Lincoln Road.

35. Art Deco on Ocean Drive

Take a walk down Ocean Drive and you’ll see the many vintage-styled buildings and old-timey cars with beautiful vibrant colors.

36. Robert Is Here Fruit Stand and Farm

Robert Is Here is a local family-owned fruit stand that specializes in exotic fruits and vegetables, with most of it being grown on their own farms. 

37. St. Roch Market

With a flagship hall in New Orleans, St. Roch Market is an upscale food court with twelve diverse dining options and can be found in Miami’s Design District. 

38. Biltmore Hotel

Built in 1925, the Biltmore Hotel is a prominent landmark of Coral Gables with elegant Mediterranean architecture and design.

39. Lincoln Theater

The Lincoln Theater, which opened in 1936, was once a movie theater and concert hall before being converted into an H&M.

40. Wynwood Art District

The Wynwood Art District is home to the famous Wynwood walls, houses over 70 galleries and museums, and has amazing restaurants and bars. 

41. The Standard Spa

The Standard Spa is a beach-front spa getaway, with an adorable juice bar and views of the bay.

42. Rosetta Bakery

Rosetta Bakery is a cozy family-owned bakeshop that sells homemade Italian bread and pastries. 

43. SLS South Beach

Designed by Philippe Starck and Lenny Kravitz, SLS is a gorgeous boutique hotel on South Beach.

44. The Bazaar by José Andrés, South Beach

The Bazaar is a world-renowned tapas restaurant with a gorgeous nautical interior and is situated inside the SLS South Beach Hotel.

45. Mr. Bing

Mr. Bing serves shaved ice cream out of a food truck covered in street art off Lincoln Road. It’s so popular that even Drake stopped by for a visit while shooting ‘God’s Plan’ in Miami.

46. Brickell City Centre

Brickell City Centre is a high-end shopping center with modern architecture and art pieces scattered throughout the mall.

47. Lincoln Road Mall

Lincoln Road Mall is a closed-off road with beautiful buildings, shops and restaurants, and is just around the corner from Miami Beach.

48. Shops at Merrick Park

Merrick Park is a three-story outdoor mall in Coral Gables, with Mediterranean architecture and top of the line name brand stores. 

So do yourself a favor and save this list somewhere – your phone, laptop, iPad, wherever. It will save you a lot of time looking up places to go, and you’re guaranteed to get great Instagram-worthy pictures.
