It is 2017 AKA time to start renting out food trucks for your next party. Food trucks come in nearly every flavor, so why not choose your favorite type of food and ask a local truck to stay for a few hours?

Summer is right around the corner, which means barbecues are right around there with it. We all love them...except for the one family member or friend that gets stuck fighting heat stroke in the blazing sun and dripping sweat over the grill, all while tiring out their hamburger flipping arm. If you know someone who loves doing that then great, do not feel like you need to continue reading. Otherwise, a food truck is always a great option.

For starters, it's fun. Who wouldn't love a food-producing machine in their backyard? We all love food trucks and if you have an event that would allow for one, you need to take the opportunity. For example, the kids will absolutely love it.

Another perk is food trucks often have smaller menus, so that they can perfect their food. Your friends or family will most likely be able to order whatever they want from the menu (debating on what you discuss beforehand with the chefs). Not only this, but you can usually customize your menu.

Want to try a little bit of everything? You can. You can order anything on the menu, and as much as you want.

The only con of a food truck can be the wait, but that depends on how many people you're planning to feed and what's being served.

Hands down, the best part about hiring a food truck is that you don't need to worry about any shopping, prep work, or slaving over the grill for hours on end. You may still need to make dessert and supply drinks, but you can easily do that on your own (or you can always hire someone else to take care of it).
