Pimp Your Salad

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at South Carolina chapter.

For anyone who has ever eaten at Russell House’s ground floor eatery you’ve most definitely walked past Garden Toss. In a hub of the orgy that is greasy goodness, it’s always harder to pick a healthy salad over pastas and Chinese food. Thanks to the Garden Gods, there are ways you can customize your salad that, while it may cost a dollar or two more than meal plan, can completely transform a bland, unexciting pile of rabbit food into a totally epic, completely healthy tower of awesomeness. Two words: Fruit Stand.
