Iris Cafe

20 Columbia Pl, Brooklyn, NY 11201

Ratings: Yelp: 4.0 stars               Trip Advisor: 4.5 stars

Iris Cafe is a quiet, small, and cozy restaurant tucked away on Columbia Pl in Brooklyn Heights. Despite its modest and charming appearance, Iris Cafe offers large portions of food. Their smoked salmon benedict dish is delicious; the yolk of the poached eggs melt into the salty, smoked salmon, and into your warm, toasted bread. What makes their smoked salmon special? Its soft texture, which makes this dish ten times better!

Upgrade your meal with a beautiful artistic latte, it will take your Instagram to the next level!

Chalk Point Kitchen

527 Broome St, New York, NY 10013

Ratings: Yelp: 3.5                      Trip Advisor: 4.5

Chalk Point Kitchen big portions will keep your stomach full for hours! Not to mention, their food selection is unique.

Their Avocado & Sweet Potato Hash is a hearty dish that will keep you full for hours. The crispy sweet potato is pillowy on the inside and is complemented by creamy pieces of avocado. Add a meaty kick to your meal by adding grilled steaks. Chalk Point Kitchen's steaks are soft and juicy, it surely will sink right in between your teeth. The dish is finished with a squeeze of refreshing lemon and a garnishing of cilantro and red onion.

Matcha lovers should try the "Detox & Purify" Matcha Yogurt Parfait. It consists of a yogurt rich in matcha flavor, fresh seasonal berries, gluten-free granola, dried fruits, and puffed farro. Matcha provides many health benefits, such as boosting your immune system, metabolism, energy levels, memory, and concentration, as well as detoxifying the body.

Hole in the Wall Cafe and Bar

15 Cliff St, New York, NY 10038

Ratings: Ratings: Yelp: 4.5              Trip Advisor: 5.0

Last but not least, Hole In The Wall Cafe & Cocktail Bar is a must try for breakfast lovers! Located near the World Trade Center, this place is definitely worth the try, the dishes are sure to have you drooling.

Their House Made Granola is part of my go-to breakfast power meal; consisting of an orange flavored yogurt pannacotta placed on a bed of granola, fresh berries, and seasonal fruits. The citric twist from the orange gives the pannacotta a unique sweet flavor, which is balanced out with the sourness of the yogurt. Ultimately, providing your taste buds with a delicious semi-sweet experience, which earns it the final spot this All Day Breakfast in NYC quest.

The Smashed Avocado another component of my breakfast power meal. It is made with a variety of flavorful ingredients such as arugula, goat cheese, thyme, chili, and garlic. The arugula provides this dish with a peppery taste, while the goat cheese adds a tangy element and the chili spices things up.
