Bartenders will be stirring up cocktails at a reduced price. It is a chance for them to show off their creativity and skill. One standout is the “Young Tree” offered at Sherry Butt, featuring a sprig of pine lit on fire. For the adventurous, there will also be a Pernod Absinthe pop-up somewhere in the city for ticket holders.

Not every restaurant is simply serving up an exciting cocktail. Some participating bars will also be hosting masterclasses, cultural talks and demonstrations, which should be reserved ahead of time. The Chamber is holding theirs in a ‘secret location.’ Others will be hosting more expensive cocktail food pairing dinners (starting around 40€ at Table Ronde). You can also order a non alcoholic version of certain offered drinks at many of the locations.
