BUILD A MEAL
Feta Kitchen allows you to customize your meal exactly to your liking. With vegan and gluten free options, there’s something for everyone. Now, lets build a meal.
Station 1: The first station is picking your base. You can make a bowl or a sandwich using the flatbread. Set the foundation with grains, salads, hummus, or tabbouleh.
Station 2: Next is the protein. Pick from a variety of options including falafel, chicken, gyro meat, shredded pork, beef meatballs, black lentils, boiled eggs, or roasted vegetables.
Station 3: Continue to spice it up with dips and spreads. Choose up to three from tzatziki, hummus, baba ganoush, skhug, amba, and whipped feta.
Station 4: Get creative with your toppings. You can add up to five different toppings from a variety of options including tomato, cucumbers, olives, onions, lettuce, Israeli salad, pickled cauliflower, pickled jalapeños, feta cheese, and so much more.
Station 5: Finally, you get to dress it up! Try the lemon tahini, greek yogurt & herb, red wine vinaigrette, balsamic, or oil & vinegar.
They have also added a new Crispy Chicken Flatbread Sandwich. I highly recommend you try it!
SIDES AND SHAREABLES
Sure the bowls and flatbreads are super filling and tasty, but who doesn’t want to add some variety to their meal? Or maybe you’re just stopping in for an afternoon snack. Checkout the sides and shareables. Their feta fries are mouth-watering! Served with feta cheese, za’atar spice, lemon zest, and garlic aioli, these will be sure to blow you away. Another must try is their vegan home-made chili with flatbread. Perfect for a snowy or rainy day. They also have roasted vegetables, side salads, flatbread, and hummus which pair perfectly with any meal!
SMOOTHIES AND SMOOTHIE BOWLS
Or maybe it’s just one of those days where you are feeling something cold and fruity. When this craving calls, their smoothies and bowls are always a good option. The 16 oz smoothies are delicious. Some flavors include strawberry banana, chocolate cherry, monkey business, and berry good. Try adding protein powder for additional health benefits. Feta also gives the option to turn your smoothie into a smoothie bowl, topped with granola, banana, strawberries, blueberries, and chia seeds.
DESSERT
