Where To Eat In East Lansing For $10 Or Less

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at MSU chapter.

Finals week is coming to East Lansing, which means you’ll probably be spending most of your time studying. Luckily for you, MSU Spoon is hosting a gift card giveaway to help alleviate some of your finals week stress the best way we know how – with food.

We’ll be giving away 5 $10 gift cards to Jersey Mike’s, Conrad’s, Potbelly, Noodles and Company, and No Thai! We’ll also tell you our favorite menu items as well as the staff’s favorites, in case you need help deciding what to get.

1. Jersey Mike’s

Our picks: I’m from right outside Philly, and I tried the Philly Cheesesteak at Jersey Mike’s (pictured, $7.45) and gave it an 8/10. It’s the best one I’ve had in East Lansing, so I definitely recommend checking it out.

Staff picks: If you’re looking for a cold sandwich, Jersey Mike’s staff suggests the #9 Club Supreme ($8.25). If you wanted to do a hot sandwich, Jersey Mike’s staff also agrees that the Jersey Mike’s #17 Famous Philly (pictured) is the way to go.

2. Conrad’s

Our picks: Olivia Duong, MSU senior and member of Spoon has tried all 32 Conrad’s wraps, and her absolute favorite is the T-Tot Special ($7.50). You can also never go wrong with Mac and Cheese Bites ($6).

Staff picks: Conrad’s staff says you can’t go wrong with the Chicken Bacon Swiss wrap (pictured, $7.75).

3. Potbelly

Our picks: We love A Wreck (pictured). It’s a meat-lovers dream; featuring salami, Angus roast beef, turkey, ham, and Swiss cheese with your choice of toppings ($5). We also love Potbelly’s milkshakes, especially the Oreo Milkshake ($3)!

Staff picks: Potbelly’s staff also recommends A Wreck.

4. Noodles and Company
