I am always on the hunt to try new desserts. After spending the winter in Boston, I am officially back in LA and have turned to Instagram for my food inspiration. This is where I stumbled upon CottonHi. Located in Koreatown, this shop serves up fresh soft serve with a twist on top: cotton candy.

The soft serve comes in three flavors: original, chocolate, and green tea. You can also opt for mix-ins to create combinations like Red Velvet or Mango Cheesecake Delight.
The cotton candy is where it gets crazy. Whether it’s on top of your soft serve or on the side, CottonHi’s 100% organic cotton candy comes in the following flavors: strawberry, lemonade, double mint, chocolate, salted caramel, and coffee.

I definitely felt like Buddy the Elf while eating this soft serve. One hand was picking at the cotton candy and the other was spooning the red velvet cake crumbs and original soft serve.
