Think you can’t make a day out of adventurous eating, for every meal, by just staying in Granville? Think again. This pleasantville-esque town may only be under 6,000 people yet you can still satisfy the most diverse pallets.

In the mood for something more than just bacon and eggs? Day y Noche, a modern Mexican restaurant serves Mexican style breakfast. Up your breakfast game with their breakfast burrito that was actually once described to me as “magical.”

Perfect for a quick and healthy meal on the go.

Need a cocktail or a beer or wine after a long week of classes? Granville has just the place.

Buxton Inn

Easily Granville’s best kept secret. A glass of wine for $3 and $5 appetizers. Enough said. Head downstairs to the tavern and you’ll think you’ve stepped into a medieval English pub.

Hands down best pub food and the atmosphere to go with it. Craft beers on tap, spinach artichoke dip, bourbon chicken; if your mouth isn’t watering yet you just wait. They just expanded their quaint pub-like space and added mozzarella sticks to the menu so grab your friends for a night of wining and dining. The dark, woody, cozy atmosphere will make you want to linger for hours.

Because there are just some days when Slayter, Huffman or Curtis is just not happening.
