5 Dishes From Taco Bell India That You Must-Try If You Call Yourself a Foodie

This article is written by a student writer from the Spoon University at UDelhi chapter.

If you haven’t heard of Taco Bell already (have you been living under a rock or what? Patrick lives down there and still knows about important shiz like tacos), hear it from us.

Taco Bell India just came to Delhi and they brought everything we love about Mexican food with them. From Crunch AF Tacos to Guacamole, Burritos and so much more. The ambience they have is amazing (especially in the one at Epicuria, perfect for long chats over crunchy tacos), the food excellent and is served at a lightening fast pace.

We had a wonderful time while gorging some food at Taco Bell and here are five dishes from there that we loved and hence definitely recommend you to try, if you haven’t already:

1. Taco. Duh.

Going to Taco Bell and not trying their taco is like a sin in itself. It ain’t called Taco Bell for nothing! Crunchy Taco shells with finely chopped and marinated vegetables with meat is all you need in a meal (It is a meal in itself, so don’t order a lot of them thinking they won’t fill you up)

#SpoonRecommends: Cheesy Doubledecker Taco

2. Burrito. Roll It Up, Nice and Tight

Vegetables, Meat and Sauces all rolled together in a perfectly baked tortilla that you might not be able to finish but can’t resist because of the perfection it is constructed with. The layers give an almost scientific precision to it.

#SpoonRecommends: 7 Layer Burrito

3. Chalupa. Mexico Meets Middle East

We have fried Pita bread as the shell instead of the Taco and it only enhances the taste.

4. Nachos. The Perfect Appetizer

Crunchy and fresh. Drizzled with cheese and best had with Guacamole.

#SpoonRecommends: Loaded Nachos

5. Chocolate Caramel Tostada AKA Heaven

Crunchy yet soft and sweet taco kind wafers drizzled with caramel sauce and gooey chocolate sauce with a sprinkling of cinnamon powder. And a perfect scoop of Vanilla ice-cream. Status: Heaven Unclocked
