Trader Joe’s Has Started Dropping Pumpkin Products

It’s only early September, but it feels like we’ve been sitting in the pumpkin patch all night waiting for the Great Pumpkin — AKA Trader Joe’s fall products — to arrive. And we don’t need to wait any longer, because sightings of pumpkin and other fall-flavored products (come on, fall isn’t just about pumpkin spice) popping up on Trader Joe’s shelves have been reported on TikTok. So get ready to clear your schedule (and empty your wallet) because a trip to Trader Joe’s is in order.

What fall products does Trader Joe’s already have?

If you’re as impatient as I am, you’ll be thrilled to know a limited selection of fall products have already hit Trader Joe’s shelves. First up, the dairy section has seen the release of Pumpkin Greek Yogurt and the highly-anticipated Pumpkin Cream Cheese Spread. The spread offers a mix of pumpkin puree and cream cheese complete with a mix of sugar and spice. You mind as well start stocking your pantry with bagels now.

And speaking of bakery items, Apple Cider Donuts, Teeny Tiny Apple Pies, and Pumpkin Spice Mini Sheet Cakes have been spotted in case you were looking to spice up dessert time. Lastly, to get in the spirit(s) of fall, Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini and pumpkin beer have been spotted in the alcohol section. So by my account, the Trader Joe’s fall products have already got you covered for breakfast, lunch (yogurt is lunch, right?), cocktail hour, and dessert.

Additionally, the “new products” section on the Trader Joe’s website boasts some products that TikTok users have not reported seeing yet, including Salted Maple Cold Foam Creamer and Sliced Apple Cinnamon Sourdough Bread.

When will the full lineup be released?

An official release date for Trader Joe’s fall treats isn’t out anywhere officially, but TikTok may have us covered with the inside scoop. According to @OriginalModernMadre, Trader Joe’s is set to release more items on September 5, including Pumpkin Waffle Mix and gluten-free Pumpkin Pancake Mix.

Commenters reported being told by their cashiers that items would be coming out today or tomorrow, so it seems that Trader Joe’s will very soon be your personal pumpkin patch for all things fall-flavored. And given past records of Trader Joe’s items flying off the shelves, it might be worth heading over to your Trader Joe’s in the next few days if you’re on the hunt for something specific.

What other fall products could we see?

If last year’s fall lineup was any indication, we’re in for way more treats than people have seen so far. We could see various pumpkin coffee offerings, pumpkin soups and sauces, pumpkin Joe-Joe’s, fall-inspired chips, and even pumpkin pasta. And inevitably, they’ll throw in some brand new products in addition to returning ones. With so many offerings, you really could eat their potential fall lineup for every meal and snacktime.

Fall might officially start on September 22, but if you follow the Trader Joe’s calendar, fall has already started.
