What You Need to Know About Olivia Munn’s 80% Fruit and Vegetable Diet

We’re all familiar with celebrities crazy diets. From Gisele and Tom Brady to Victoria’s Secret models, doing crazy things for certain events or shows isn’t surprising. Olivia Munn has officially joined the club, telling Women’s Health that she prepared for X-Men with workouts, and a unique diet program. Munn told Women’s Health, “I started working out every single day, and then I also started getting into eating 20-80, where 80 percent of your diet is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is whatever.”

While she lost 12 pounds, she explains that losing weight was never her end goal and the process helped her feel stronger and more secure in her own body. When tabloids accused her of resorting to unhealthy measures to achieve the weight loss she explained that wasn’t the case, and even elaborated saying “A lot of times, people want to hoard their secrets to themselves. But whenever I learn things now…I want to tell anyone who wants to listen about them, because I don’t think guys are the only ones who should be able to look better as they age.” Want to learn more about the diet?
