What Was On The Menu At Michael Rubin’s White Party In The Hamptons?

You’ve heard of Gatsby. Now meet Michael Rubin. The business mogul and his model fiancée Camille Fishel hosted their annual Fourth of July White Party in the Hamptons last week with a star-studded guest list straight out of a Fitzgerald novel and an equally extravagant menu to match. We’re breaking down all the gourmet food served at the exclusive beachfront event below.

Who made the guest list?

Rubin and Fishel invited around 400 A-listers to celebrate at his Bridgehampton mansion and sent custom invitations by visual artist George Condo to 300 of those invitees. Celebrities in attendance included Drake, Emily Ratajkowski, Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, and many more. 20-year-old model Lily Chee was also spotted on the arm of Tobey Maguire, sparking dating rumors and online controversy over their age gap.

Clad in white, guests socialized on several patio decks and between tents erected in the beach dunes near Rubin’s home. Attendees were also able to grab food at their leisure, with no formal seating for dinner.

What was on the menu?

The party began at 5 p.m. with cocktails on the deck (but no signature cocktail).

“This is not a wedding,” Fishel told The New York Times.

Snacks included king salmon, fatty tuna, and blue crab from high-end sushi restaurant Nobu. Slices of pizza from Miami and Brooklyn-based neighborhood eatery Lucali were served in addition to meatballs from Rao’s, the East Harlem Italian restaurant with impossible-to-book reservations.

While it doesn’t seem like there were any grills present, Rubin included a Nobu handroll station with wagyu beef and truffle salt rolls. In addition, guests could choose from a selection of summer tomato salads from Cucina Alba, an upscale Italian restaurant located in Chelsea.

Toward the end of the evening, glittering fireworks lit up the sky, and the tennis court transformed into a nightclub with performances from Travis Scott, Megan Thee Stallion, Machine Gun Kelly, and more. As a parting gift, guests received bagels from Goldberg’s, a Hamptons breakfast favorite.

None of it is exactly traditional Independence Day cuisine, but with a crowd like this, who could complain?
