However, if you've been on social media this month, you've definitely seen that customers have been lining up outside TJ's ahead of the store's opening to snag the $3 mini canvas tote bags. According to a post from reputable Trader Joe's fan account @traderjoseobsessed, a Trader Joe's mini insulated bag is arriving in May.
Their post further notes that the drop is set to arrive in mid-May just in time for beach days and road trips. The pictures reveal two colors in a hot pink with a yellow interior and a teal offering.
How much will it cost?
As of now, it seems as if these small insulated totes will cost $3.99 each. Additionally, it is not known if Trader Joe's will impose a limit based on the popularity of their mini canvas totes.
What is the exact size of the bag?
While the exact dimensions were not shared by @traderjoesobsessed, you can rest assured it'll be significantly smaller than the previously offered large insulated bags. Those clock in at about 18” x 7” x 13” with the capacity to hold up to 8 pounds of groceries.
